i cover my alternator, my CAI (which you dont have), and my PCM and battery. most of these are more out of paranoia then necessity tho. just gives me peace of mind lol
ok, yea my paranoia kinda kicks in, ive been looking for a place to get my engine bay detailed. The only thing i could find was the do it yourself car wash.

Both my Stangs' engine bays have never needed a hose or high pressure wash since I've always wiped them down every time I wash the car.
However, I have high pressure washed my SUV engines. I usually cover the intake, alternator and fuse box also out of paranoia and then am very conscious of the pressure from the washer as far as what the spray is hitting. That darn thing of mine will slice wires if I'm not careful.
