Quick question about G2 caliper paint
I've decided that my breaks look pretty lame and since I can't afford a new break kit, I'm painting the calipers. Anyway, it says on the website says there is enough paint for 4 standard sized break calipers. I just want to make sure it is actually going to be enough paint for everything, so if you have used this before please let me know. Also I was thinking about painting the very front of the break (where the wheel studs are for mounting the wheel, not the break surface itself). It looks pretty weathered and I think it would look good painted. Will that paint hold up? It says its good for temps up to 980 degrees so i thought it would be fine.
Edit: Oh yeah, I forgot, I can't get the cleaner sent because its in an aerosol can (stupid APO shipping regulations), is that just the standard break cleaner?

I've used it - and the kit is more than enough for 4 wheels. The brake cleaner is just the standard stuff you can get at any auto parts section in the store.
It is pretty tough stuff, but I did manage to chip it changing wheels at the track and they sent me a replacement kit when I sent pictures and a copy of my receipt.

There is probably enough for two complete sets of brakes. I would only mix up half. My paint actually flaked off the rear calipers, I wish I hadn't mixed it all up at the time I did them. I painted mine the second summer I had the car, never drove it in the winter or when it was raining and I cleaned the brakes up real good too.
