Elmers would work on cloth or leather.... then use your piping to fold the edges into the seam..... bingo !!

Yeah I haven't seen anyone with different panels, unless they took it to a shop to get it done. I have the black inserts, but it came like that. I'm interested to see how this turns out though.

people with the black inserts have the IUP package as well so the door inserts can be found on v6's or GT's. I don't think i've come across anyone that had aftermarket door inserts as its not really an insert any ways as the door panel is one piece.

i myself have the black inserts, but i know theyre just glued in. there is a lot of people who had problems of the leather sagging over the years and theyre are write ups on how to remove it and reglue them in, which would probably be a ton of help for you!
