Default Fog light removable tint?

I came across a website that was either linked here or another mustang forum, for fog light removable tint. The website sold a ton of different colors and the tint just slipped under the lip of the foglight. Any ideas to the website as I forgot to book mark it.

Did you have to get an HID Kit to counteract the darkness of the light for night time driving? I have my rear end blacked out and I want to do the same with the front but I do a decent amount of night time driving.

I'm planning on it but really, it's not that bad. I drive a lot in the night(work 3rd shift) and I can see just fine.

Will this melt if used with stock lights? Moderate HID lights? Vinyl against hot plastic makes me kind of nervous haha
