so i have seen a lot of people that have done it but has any done it to the stock auto shifter so the lights are not green?

 

I have done the LED swap out and I also have the problem with stock auto shifter having green lights. I called ford and lied and said the light had died and asked how to replace the bulbs. They replied saying you have to buy the whole shifter assembly for 300 plus dollars. I am sure you can find a way to open it up and change the LEDs but I decided it wasn't worth it to me to break something in the process. One day if I get bored and adventurous I might give it a go. If you do figure it out please let me know as I would love to do it.
