Default License Plate Bulb

08 GT. The brightness of the stock 168 blub has seen better days. Could be the lens too. What have you guys done to brighten up the plate area? Also, I removed the two push in pins, but the lens won't budge.

Remove the push pins and give it a tug! AN easy way to brighten it up is with an LED bulb!

Yeah mine is dim as ****. Cool with me though.

If you want to draw attention to your plate get an LED bulb like redfire said.

I believe those 168 style bulbs dim with age. If a new 168 doesn't suit you then consider the LED.
