Default Calipers - Cleaned, Not Painted

After considering various colors (red, Ford Racing Blue, silver)....I decided to just clean them with a wire wheel brush. I am pretty happy with it and might just leave it like this. What do you think?

The brushed aluminum look?
Someone posted it with his grabber orange and black wheels.
Very interesting look though

Looks good with the black wheels. I vote leave them!

I think it looks good, but seems like something you would have to do often once they get dirty again! Thats why I opted for black!

Black would definately hide then dirt, as you give as your reason for going black, but I think the silver looks good with black wheels.

The brushing probably took the coating off that keeps them from getting a rust patina. Watch for it and if so, you will need to wire brush them again and paint or at least clear coat them.

Just use a hi-temp clear and you'll be good for probably 8 months or maybe longer than a year before it needs to be treated again.
