What is the opinion out there on the pony image projector light I'm seeing installed in some mustangs? It's usually in the side mirror and projects the pony onto the ground when the door opens. I personally wouldn't do it because it seems like "trying too hard." But I think with the right mods it has potential.

 

Yeah I know what you're talking about, if I'm not mistaken I think Ford actually started putting that on the newer models as an option. I plan on doing something similar on my car, Superbrightleds sells bolt LEDs that you can just stick in wherever on your car, I'm sure if you got something what wasn't too flashy to light up the ground when you open the door it would look pretty cool. Easy and cheap mod too.
