Had the same problem too. Dealer fixed mine under warranty, but 2 weeks later rattles from the passenger side dash returned again. Could be the weather since it has been cold. It is annoying, but I just turn the radio up and try to forget it.

 

my dash board rattles..between the parking brake issue ive been having and all the other crap it makes me think the car is held together with tape which is probably true considering its american

I have a noise in the dash also. Mine doesn't exactly rattle. Mine sounds like 2 peices of leather that flex and rub against each other, kind of like when you sit in a leather seat with a leather jacket. But it is coming from the dash area, didn't see any leather up around there.

 

I had a rattle and here's what fixed it. Take a small piece of paper and fold it up small. Take it and wedge it on the passenger side between the dash and the a-pillar that forms the frame of the door. If that stops the rattle then take the car to the dealer and tell the to fix it. I havnt been able to get to a dealer yet.
