What do you think of the cabin noise level?

Intense!!!

I've had my MACs on for about a year now and with my automatic they do drone at certain RPMs...

But the sound is "without a doubt" a killer sound which could wake up the dead...

The interior noise is high. I tried sound proofing the trunk but it did not help much...

All I know is that "I know when my car is running" and so does everyone else... (Ha-Ha)

I just fixed mine last night. The clamps from MAC are horrible and neither was lining up. I took the clamps from the factory mufflers, slid the MAC's up to the nipple, tightened the Ford clamps and now they line up perfect.

You got that right. Now add an x-pipe to those macs and you get:

My Ford clamps were tack welded onto the mufffler pipes so I didn't use them, but I had the nipples ground off so I have more options in the future.

I think I need to sound proof my ears, I actually got a headache after driving it today, this will take some getting used to!
The car has a different feel to it now as well, time to get that CAI installed! Need time and weather!

Yeah, had a problem lining mine up as well. Man does it sound good though. I've heard people say that an O/R pipe reduces the drone. I don't know since I put mine on at the same time. But, what may sound good to me may sound like crap to the next person. I have a video of it on this forum as I'm sure many of you have heard....
