Right on about the small claims court filing; Max amount may vary by state but easy enough to check into that. Don't get a lawyer unless you absolutely need one; they will charge $300+ and hour and/or take a pecentage. You're own lawyer can give you an ulcer. Fine if you need one but as chevykiller says, you probably don't. You collect every bit of info/evidence and the SC court judge will take care of you. ...Jim

That stinks dude. What did he attach it with, Liguid Nails? I have the Razzi kit and love it. I have no problems with clearance, but am running 18's. I hope you get it resolved.
