I bought a grille from V6 mustang stuff yesterday at 9:30 am and asked for 2nd day air..i have a show to be at this weekend. They charged me for 2nd day air and shipped it ground and have now promised to credit the card. They didnt even call nor email me to ask my opinion on this..they never even told me it was leaving from CALIFORNIA!!! They have possibly the worst customer service ever and I will never buy from them again, and if you are close to a deadline, i encourage all of you to do the same.

Stinks..

On a lighter note, what did you buy? A grille insert or what?

 

i did the GT body conversion..just because i wanted to run the aggresive chin spoiler and i needed a GT grille, so i ordered the GT grille form them. Good price, horrible, scratch that NO service.

Well he has now after multiple emails and a little encouragement fixed my problem..either way i dont believe i will be making it to HIN(Hot Import Nights) in Chicago this weekend, but he has soothed me enough to end my ranting on his company.

I guess all i can say is let this be a warning when purchasing parts, do your research on the companys and make sure their reputation is up to par with your standards.
