I take it you dyno'd the SC tune? And the tuner dude locking the tune, thats stupid, you should have a way to get in there, if not, tell the tuner dude you want to be able to adjust things. If still nothing get another tuner dude, you paid for the tuner for that very reason now you cant use it? who was this tuner dude? SC or not you should have use of the tuner

Default RE: Predator vs. Calibrator

Thanks for the support...

I live in Chicago and had a Saleen installed by my SVT Ford Dealership. (With the Factory Saleen tune)

Then took the car to a dyno tuner who created a new tune...

I wasn't happy with this tune so on the advice of all the forum guys, sent the tuner to JDM Engineering in New Jersey for a really great tune...

Got the tuner back, and "NOTHING"... Both the Street Tune and Dyno Tune came up with "Nada"...

Now I have to call him tomorrow and tell him to fix it and ship it back to me "Next Day Air"...

He told me in a previous call that they "lock" their custom tunes so that guys don't tamper with them and screw up ther motors...

Wish me luck, I'll need it...

Dave
