yeah..dont feel bad dude.....join the club..same thing happened to me...ive written about this before...but just to let you know this happens when you replace your fog bulbs with some pep boy "fake HID" lights.....i bought the nokya's actually online......they usually burn alot hotter and since those rings that help direct the light are only held on with glue...they melt off....falling into the bottom of the housing....if you can get that little bastard back on somehow......you my friend have a great career in those ships in a bottle......

sorry..forgot to add but i dont think you can take the housing apart to fix it......just have to deal with it.....its a stupid thing on fords part to hold something like that with glue.....i guess it all helps to keep the price down.........you're best bet...what im going to do soon is just take the bulb out and pull the peice out of the housing and reinstall the bulb.....it doesnt rally do much..and if you notice it actually adds somebrightness to the lights..although other drivers may hate you

If your question is if you can remove the whole comes off the grille, then yes, it's just held in place with 4 bolts. It might be easier to remove them and put them back in if you remove the whole grille though.
Here's the file for the fog lamps:

I have a fealing ford REALLY went cheap on our fog and head lamps...

MY Foglights have a smoky / foggy coating on the reflector that looks like CRAP when the lights are on.

Ford told me they will NOT replace them as they ARE within Factory Specs.

I've seen $3 Everready Flashlights put together with higher quality.

Here is some stuff in a thread a while back...

https://mustangforums.com/m_762372/m.../tm.htm#762372

I see a potential business opportunity... making fog light buckets for T8x Mustangs.
