I live in Charleston SC Chas. County has three City of Chas has two (all are standard black and whites) three more in suburban cities. So far all are marked but none have lightbars. I had one pass me on the interstate the other day with all lights going, they were all over the car. In the grill, on the dash, headlights alternated, back window, in the tail lights, and on the side mirrors. This one was from a suburban city called Hanahan and was white with a black side stripe and emblem on the door. If it came up behind you there is nothing that would let you know it wasn't just another Stang. OH...and it had one of those "british" style sirens that just alternated a high-low pitch. I wonder if Ford is offering an Interceptor package for the Stang? MAN..would I love to get my hands on one and mothball it if they do.

Stallings, NC was one of the first to have a new Stang on Patrol. It went on patrol over a year ago. This is a small picture of it, it was the only one I could find.

The good thing about them using our cars now is that we will know the headlight config so they are easier to spot in the rearview. I had a 1990 5.0 and the Highway Patrol in So. Cal had them then too....It was super easy to spot them.
