Gear/CAI Opinions?

Gear/CAI Opinions?
I've seen a couple of different gear choices on here and I'm wondering what you think of them. I'm looking at 4.10's or 4.30's but I'd like to know what people with 3.73's think as well.
I'm also looking for the best CAI/Tuner combo and bang for the buck. And is there anyway to get the CAI and tune without spending $500 on the tuner? Thanks folks!
Almost forgot: I'd prefer Ford Racing gears but I've seen Motive as well...any difference in quality?
