05 GT INTAKE SILENCER

where is the intake silencer on an 05 GT and how do i remove it?

I think unless you have one of the really early 05's you dont have one.

I think its on the end of the exhaust pipe just behind the axle.....

If you mean the pre-cat it's in the intake tube just after the maf sensor. Just loosen the hose clamp, pop the hose off and if it was installed at the factory you'll be looking at a honeycomb block in the tube. Just grab it with some pliers and work it out by pulling one side then the other. As JT Moore mentioned the factory stoped installing them sometime in '05
