Default GT making noise, HELP?

Ok so I have Steeda UDP on my car, and I noticed that after the install there was a clicking sound coming from the engine bay, i popped the hood to see what it was, and it seems as if its coming from the belt that the pulleys are running. Its like "click, click click, beat, clickaclick, beat, click click, clickaclick" over and over for about 3-4 minutes, then starts to fade away, less clicks, until it goes away completely after about 5 mins. Any ideas? Im almost positive that this didnt happen when it was stock.

Did you replace that long factory alternator bracket bolt with the short one Steeda supplies?

Do you have the defroster or the A/C on? The defroster runs the A/C compressor...

Nope, nothing is on.

I did notice that it only does it until the car is completely warmed up, then it stops, which makes me not worry to badly, but Im still concerned.
