I have the Corsa axle backs and have zero drone. Quiet at an idle, and awsome at WOT. I also have a CAI which adds a little more to the overall V8 sound experience. I bought mine as well for around $600. Unless you want obnoxiously loud, you won't be disapointed IMO.

Please do not listen to lmunz22's statement, as Flowmasters are the worst exhaust I have heard on this generation Mustang. I personally own Borla's on my 06 GT Coupe and my dad has an 06 GT Vert, now since you have a vert you will not enjoy Borla. I say you will not enjoy Borla because with the Vert you get a very bad drone in the lower RPMs which makes my father go ballistic. Second Corsa is a very good exhaust company and has absolutely no drone as I have experience with friends and many people on this forum will come forward and agree with me. Flowmaster is not something you want to add unless you want the highest pitch on your exhaust note.

well, i thought that flowmasters give the most american muscle-ish, old school sound on most cars, but on the 05's, they are a little bit flaccid. however, with an o/r h pipe, i beleive they are a bit louder.

Flowmasters with o/r H

The Ford Racing Borlas from Pypes are $300 and the Corsa's are $600. I know the Borla stingers have a lot of drone, but I'm not sure about the ones they make for Ford. Anyone have the Ford Borla's that can chime in? Just seems Ford wouldn't pick a crappy one, but could see them going cost cutting. That extra $300 would almost buy my tuner.. Decisions, decsions...
