I was thinking of buying the Pioneer AVIC-Z1 to replace my existing Shaker 500 System... Just wondering if anyone has installed one and taken pics

I'm getting mine installed tomorrow. I will try to post some pics after install.

 

There are some pics of a few people who have installed them. They look real clean, problem is I was not happy with the shaker 1000 system,but it came with the car. No real options at the time when I purchased because the Mustangs were on backorder big time. Focal speakers and JL subs and amps are a good choice. I am getting the AVIC-Z1 install today. They are going to intergrate my shaker 1000 sytem with it for now. I will being changing my stock speaker and adding a amp for the new subs. I won't be done until 5:30pm, so here I wait.

Sorry, there are other threads that show the AVIC installed in their vehicles. You will have to search for them. I think they were posted this month or last month.

 

Alpine just came out with a double din unit... From what ive seen of it it looks pretty sweet...
