Default Dash/Interior Trim Kit

I can't beleive the price on this kit. I bought the dash kit from Wood Dash and paid over $200 formine and another $80 for the upgrade kit. Here's one that includes every thing in the one I bought plus a few other pieces. I'm wondering what the quality is like. Anyway, just wanted to share my find.

Thanks mlcrycc, I've actually removed mine and thinking of swapping (Swapping, being I can put it back anytime I want, just to clarify) for the.... Beleive it or not, the totally black V6 grille. I plan on doing something with the tri-bar pony emblem as an alternative look or even something different, can't decide just yet. I know, I'm crazy but, I do like the flexabilty the car offers as to change minor things like the grille, badges, etc.. I'm buying the honeycomb blackout and installing it with magnetic tape. That way if I get tired of it, I'll just pull it off for awhile. Again, just flexing my choices!! I may do that on a few other mods as well! I do have the front clear signal lens, and have modded my headlight buckets to match the White! Pics to be posted soon.

BeeStang,
I here ya. I am seriously looking at the blackout panel myself. However, I really like the high gloss finish of the Xenon, but have heard that it does not fit near as well as the honeycomb panel. Let me know if you get that one, and install as you noted. (magnetic tape) Great Idea.....The only hesitation I have about the honeycomb panel is, I don't really care for the way it protrudes out around the GT badge. Now, if they would just shave that down, then I'm there. I'm sure it could be self modded that way, but you know....

I know someone else on here was looking for a complete blackout grill, but didn't want to do the V6'er.

Keep up the quest.......

Mike

Actually, I have a friend that bought the V6 and is sending me his grille. He went and bougt the GT grille and swapped it out. Now I can have the best of both worlds. I'll post new pics as my idea progreses. Also, I like the honeycomb blackout since it doesn't eliminate the faux gas cap. I still think that is an element that makes the car retro.
