yes, my parents do watch every single thing i do. and they're not stupid. i could definetly get it installed when they're not home, but id be so paranoid, and eventually they'd find out. to be honest, i dont know why they'd make such a big deal over it. but if they find out, knowing them, they'd sell the car. yes, over something so stupid. my dad is completely ignorant when it comes to cars, and my moms so old fashioned. obviously i can't do much whining, but i've got mod fever, and i've got it bad.

Yeah, because they give you 30k cars in concentration camps.

The car is strong enough, leave it alone and let everything be, maintain your full factory warrantee, keep your parents happy. And when you can afford to buy a car like this on your own, get one and they cant complain about your actions.

lol i knew someone was gonna go there. ur right, for the most part, i do need the waaaaaaambulance. i should have put a disclaimer, i feel like kind of a dick whining about my parents not letting me mod my car. they do keep a pretty tight leash on me, but in the end, they're just lookin out for me. all things considered, im extremely fortunate to be in my situation. i really have nothing to complain about. and i guess since they did pay for like 75% of the car, they can say no to modding it. im pretty damn happy with the car to say the least, and if i dont get to mod it, not exactly a big deal

LOL at alternator!

well i meant like a simple drop in filter, not an actual CAI. they will notice a cai, i need to keep the stock airbox. something thats less than like 80 bucks maybe, hows the one from K&N?
K&N Air filter for the 05-06 mustang is 48 bucks at most stores. Part number is 33-2298. However, only 1 of the 6 automotive stores in my area has 1, only 1. I'm getting a CAI so I dont' need it. It will add a few hp, very few, and save you some at the pump.

Go out and wax your car every day and that might burn off the nessary HP you have running around your head.
It's not like your car is a dog. If you got a CAI and tune in a week or so it would feel like it does now and the fever would hit again. It is a disease you need to try and control. Trust me I know and it isn't anything you'll grow out of.
