Default Better Lights?

so after having my car for about 7 months, i have decided that one of my biggest issues are the lights. i think that they are a bit too yellow and not bright enough at all. in fact, many times while driving through neighborhoods i need to turn on my high beams for half the time.

i dont really know how to change bulbs, so i was wondering if the same lights in the headlamps can be used for the fogs (i have the pony package fogs)

any reccomendations on lights would be great, and any installation instructions would be greatly appreciated!

thanks

Chris, the reflector in the fogs are cheap plastic, you will melt them out if you put a brighter bulb in there. I agree with the lack of brightness. I have 160 mi on my 'Stang, and drove it last night for the first time, and felt immediately the lights weren't as bright as I'm used to.

I saw somewhere a conversion kit that uses a quality reflector. Maybe someone else on here can direct you/me to the kit.

(I think it was on ebay)

Not sure about the fog lamps but if you want brighter head lights take a look at the Saleen HID kit. It's a bit pricey at $800 but what a difference. If that's too much try looking at the HID light kits. I think they were around $300 or so but most you lose your high beams.

Woops, just posted this in the v6 section, meant to post it in the 05-06 general section. I don't know about the reflectors in the fogs, I'm just looking for a way to get a OEM like v6 grill in my gt bumper so I didn't bother with mine. Any way instillation is quite simple:
1.Pop the hood.
2.Twist the light socket counter-clockwise and pull out.(theres not much room for the drivers side one)
3.Change the bulbs.(pull the little lip thingy on the socket down to remove the old one.)
4.Put the sockets back in, the sockets have 3 little lips on them that line up with holes in the head light assembly, one of them is bigger than the other so make sure it's lined up on the bigger hole, push in and twist clockwise.

Here's a company that offers HID with both high and low beams.
