CAN YOU SHARE YOUR TUNER

RE: CAN YOU SHARE YOUR TUNER
What I was told you can do (but I have not tried it yet), if you just want to test it on your car to decide if you want to buy one, is return your friend's car to stock, then put the tune into your car. After you try it, you return yours to stock and then you can retune his. You just can't have any more than one car tuned (and one car's stock program stored in the tuner) at one time.
Can somebody confirm this?

The tune is different for an auto and a stick, but I'm not sure if that means you can't use it, or if the computer would just not accept tuning from the tuner that wasn't applicable. Try calling Evolution Performance is Aston, PA. Fred really knows his stuff when it comes to tuning.
