i know 3dCarbon sells just the splitter, not the lights. its this peice of plastic that u just stick on ur headlight. looks decent enough.

Vantage still wants about $130 for theirs and 3D Carbon gets about $100 for theirs, it just seems like too much for such a simple piece.

Those headlights are all over EBay. And the splitter, you can buy from the suggestions above.
