IeatSRT give Metro Ford in Calgary a call, they are carrying a lot of different bits like CDC and a few other brands, could save you a bit of trouble.

Yah, I am in the process of deciding on which supercharger to go with and every price I have received so far has been outrageous when compared to ordering directly from the States. For example, the Saleen supercharger when ordered from the states is ~$5700 USD + shipping. When talking to Saleen Canada they quoted me $8500, when adding tax, USD-CAD conversion and shipping that's still an additional cost of ~$1500 CAD!

Second example, I have priced out the Ford Racing handling package. It is $1149 US from Ford Racing directly. The dealership quoted me $1799 CAD for the parts (and another $600 to have it installed).

IEATSRT where in northern Ab?

281GT are you from Edmonton?
you need to remeber customs, everytime i order something across myself i get charged 50% of what the part is in just brokarge fees... its quite ridiculas. i've found its just cheaper to pay a canadian shop, or at least call customs and find out what they will add to the shipping charge.

oh yeh, i'm from red deer =D i prefer the flames, but seeing as edmonton is the only canadian team in the play off's, GO OILERS GO!

Red stallion, i'm about 600km north of you in a small town called Manning. Cowtown thanks for the info... i've checked out western motorsports there in calgary and davinport motorsports ($9000 turn key installed for a vortech blower guaranteeing 440rwhp... not bad, but then again not great.

9k, yah that's a bit steep, I'm thinking $6-7000 should be doable.

I used to have family up in High Level so I have been through Manning, never had the pleasure of seeing all the sights there, though....

There's a place in Sweetgrass, MT that will receive packages for $5 an item, it's a nice day trip down there and back, you still have to pay duties, but with no brokerage fees since your bringing it into Canada yourself.

Edit to add: Even with brokerage fees (before I knew about that place), I still paid less for my intake, u/d's, programmer, and headers then any shop I found in Canada.

In fact the money I saved, paid for the U/D's

I'm from Montreal, QC. Lived in Vancouver for almost 2 years and I'm now living in the states, in California. But I'm not sure for how long. My contract ends in July...will have to find something else or move back... I bought my mustang down here so it should be interesting getting it back up there with customs and all. I don't know how exactly it's going to work but I can imagine it being a painful process..
