Uh...not to sound like an *** or anything, but reduce the size of the picture.
What OS do you run? If you run Windows XP, go to the Micro$oft web site and do a search for powertoys. Then get the image resizer power toy. It is a free download. Once installed, all you have to do is right click on the jpg, gif, or whatever the picture is and in the pop up menu you will see a new option in there called resize picture. Choose that and it will bring up a menu with several sizes and also a place for a custom size. If you click the advanced tab you will see where you can choose to resize the original instead of it saving a copy also. Pick 800X800. That is the max size the board will let you upload in a thread.
