Clear Turns
Side makers are supposed to be amber up front, and red in back.
The one exception to red in back is turn is turn signal lights which can be amber.
Other colors just yell "POSER". I think VW has a series of adds about it. "un-pimp your ride".
You can get bulbs with colored lenses.............................

You know, I didn't even look in the box myself because I was in too damn much of a hurry to see what those lenses looked like on the GT. I'll have to check it out tomorrow. Probably wouldn't have worn it anyway, since it would get in the way of my favorite "Ford Racing" hat.
Don't have a Pony hat just yet, but I am keeping en eye out for one I like....

Ladies and Gents,
Clear lights are not "rice" they are European. The US DOT mandates laws for vehicles built and imported into the US. The orange/amber front and rear lights are present on all cars in North America. The ROW "rest of world" vehicles come standard with a different configuration which includes clear markers. The DOT also dictates the height of the bumpers (as well as many other things), for those of you who also enjoy European sports cars, you probably know that your Porsche 911 sets about 2 inches higher than the same vehicle outside of the US. So, if you want your P-car it to handle the way is was designed to, the 1st thing you do is scrap the US spec suspension and put a nice set of Bilstein coilovers on it.
Sorry for getting of topic, I like the clears on certain color vehicles. Peace!

I'd be interested to see a side-by-side pic of a Euro-spec 911 and a U.S.-spec 911 of the same year. Two inches is a lot to lower a car and I don't think a 911 has 2 inches to spare.
