A few weeks back when I was at the dyno day at ST Motorsports I meet a fellow stang owner who had a Yellow GT w/ black stripes (don't remember his name) and he asked me if I knew about being able to roll down the windows by holding down the unlock button for a few seconds. I had that on an Infinity I had owned but I told him I didn't know that it worked on the mustang. He showed me on his car an 05 I believe so several days later I remembered wanting to try it out and it didn't work. Is this something that was on an 05 and not on the 06? Anyone know how or if it really works. It's a great feature when you live where the climate is really hot.

mine does that and im soo easily amused by it ..always fun to hop in dukes of hazzard style (JUST KIDDING!) i just wish there was a way to put them up by remote

i thikn its only on the '05s because a budy of mine who has a '06 cant do it on his!

 

Interesting. Wonder if my 06 does that. I guess I will find out today and advise.

 

My 05 does this as well. I think I remember discussion way back about this option needing to be programmed in, as some 05's would do this, and some wouldn't. I must say, however, that this is the first time I heard of the "Dukes of Hazard" approach of using it!!

I don't think my car does it either, I think i tried it last yr.

 

Man I want my car to do that! LOL! I just called my local ford dealer and one person said they have never heard of that but will call me back? Hopefully they find out and say we can do it.
