well i bought it march 05 but i now it was at the dealership for a while (liek at least a month) before we bought it

where would i find out the build date?

 

Well just tried again and it still doesnt work? Oh well [&o] I guess I dont have it which is strange cause my build date is December 6, 2005. Do you think the dealer can put this feature on?

 

Try pushing the unlock button twice and holding it down for a few seconds the second time.

I'm sure the dealer could look up the build date if you give him the VIN number

 

i jsut remembered its on the inside of ur driver door (if u open it)

mine was manufactured 1/05

 

Well I just called the dealer and they said it should do it and they said if it doesnt than well have to make an appointment and take a look at it so monday I will go and see whatsup, thanks for the info and all the help!

 

hope u get it working correctly... always a help when u live in a state that is hot all year round

not to mention the look on peoples faces when they see u do it lol

 

Wow!!! i just tried that on mine and it works! April 2005 build! Can't wait to show that off! If that was somewhere in the manual I guess it pays to read it for these neat little features....i wonder what other cool stuff I'm missing out on?
