Default Wheel question

ok so again..i am completely new at this whole....'car' thing lol...umm.....i have the stock 16 inch tires with the crummy rim and the ford spinner in the middle..i really am not to happy with them and was hopefully looking for more something like the 06 18 inch rims. the ones that have the 5 wide spokes, they look really sharp. if any of u guys could provide me with links on possible look alikes, and the whole process of getting them. like, new tires, measurements and such, because once again, i am completely new to this..thanks for all the help in advance
