So that they become aware of this probelm since they apparently haven't heard of this issue yet. At aleast according to my dealer and the Ford Csr Relation Center. That woman I spoke with said to have everyone I know with this problem call them. Here are the number. Can we make this a sticky?

A cheap design costs us hundreds to re-tint and add the felt. What a joke!

Good information....I'm not gonna call, i'll write a letter. Like I said in an earlier post, Dodge had the same problem with the 04 rams as they didn't put felt on. They got enough complaints and put out a technical service bulletin on it and added the felt free of charge (my dealer wasn't aware of the tsb, or so they said, until I took it in and showed it to them).

I sent a PM to prof. wizard requesting this topic be made a sticky. I think we, as a community, should flood ford with complaints and pictures until they stand up behind their product, and fix the issue for future models.

BWahahahahaha.... That was pretty funny..

Anyways, It's Ironic how I posted I never had this problem a couple days ago, and the next morning I'm cleaning my windows.......and BOOOM ...scratches on my tint everywhere. I'll to be writing or calling !!
