Default Shaker 500 problem

Hey there, I'm keep on getting a CD error everythime I want to load a CD. So I'm taking it to the dealer tomorrow. One concern question is if they unplugged my battery to see what the problem is, Will that effect my custom tuned i have on? thanks

they aren't going to unplugged your battery. They might run a program on it and will not effect the tune on it at all.

Lousy Shaker radios are VERY common. I had mine replaced due to skipping. But I wish I hadnt. The new radio doesnt seem to sound as nice as the old. Ive heard others says this, too. One guy on here had his replaced FOUR times! However, it wont affect your tune at all. If I were you, I guess Ide have it replaced and hope for the best. You might mention the concern over sound quality to your dealer, it might help. Mine was done about a year ago, so they should have these things figured out by now.......
