About your only choice is going to be to peel those off and start over ( on the bumper, not the entire job ).

Not a bad job, if the installer was intoxicated at the time. Look at the bright side. It could be worse. The installer could have been a surgeon who performs vasectomys!

FYI... I talked to two paint and body guys in town today... when I showed them what happened they both said: "F THAT, MAKE HIM RE- DO the job." so thats whats gonna happen
