Default Help with Tires

I'm looking to purchase a new set of tires and wheels. I really dont want huge Rims either, but something between 15-17, depending on the tire. I really like MT, but need help with deciding on what to go with. I want a nice set of tires that are good for a daily driver, and someone who goes to the Track occassionally. I really want some meat on them as well, but just need to be put in the right direction. Any help would be very appreciated, Thanks

275/50/17 Nittos from Discount Tire for $156 each for the rear on the stock size wheel, and keep the stock 235/55/17s for the front.
