dont like this type of a hood is a rehash of an old idea the new mustang needs a hood with a new idea and a new look that goes along with the retro look if you want to sell an of these hoods get a clue retool

It certainly is a interesting idea taking a styling que from a modem limited production car that was intended for road racing, and apply it to a modern retro style car. Im not sure if I like it just yet, as im hold out that opinion till I see it painted and on a car. Great work though!

Looks o.k. on a F-150 and not bad accented with paint on a FOX. Would have too see it on the 197

Well, I want to like it--but the gills are killing me.
The general shape of the raised cowl is great--wider in the front (and better looking) than Steeda's design. I would seriously consider this hood if it came with the cowl, clean looking vents in the back (nix the OEM cowl cover or something), and a smooth topside.
BTW, Nichepi weren't you folks considering doing a ram-air similar to DCF's design? Since their price has gone completely through the frippin' roof, I bet you would have luck with somethign along those lines. Just a thought (expressing my sincere wish someone would deliver a reasonably priced hood I actually like).
