Default Correct LCA Bolt Torque?

Having just installed my tubular bushed rear LCAs, I was looking for the torque specs and was puzzled. The manual entry in the Informational Documents sticky calls for the LCAs to be torqued to 129 ft/lbs. This sounds outrageous. While searching I found one reference on this board stating 75 ft/lbs, which was corroborated on another board. 75 is more proportionate to every other suspension bolt I've ever turned so I went with that one. And I know the factory didn't use 129 ft/lbs 'cos I was able to break them loose with a 10" ratchet.

Everythings buttoned up now, but I am still curious as to what the deal is with this MASSIVE discrepency. I couldn't find mention of it using the search.

Mine came with instructions and it said 129 so that is what I did. They have been on for six months with no problems.
