FLOOR MATS!!

FLOOR MATS!!
So I did the reset for the accelerator to get rid of the slight lag, which by the way worked on my car, but I noticed that at full throttle it was not right![sm=WTFsgign.gif].It was like it was missing that unlimited response I thought I had[sm=gears.gif], SO, after further investigation, the floor matt that I had installed a while ago( 10 mos. ago), had this cut out for the accelerator pedal, which I did not cut,( DUMMY) thus adding a 3/8- 1/2" of padding under the accelerator!!! Thus not allowing the throttle to open all the way creating said HAVOC on my performance!! LIVE AND LEARN FOLKS!!
I cut the section out reset the throttle again and all is now well. That little extra is now where it is supposed to be and my Steed is kicking *** again, better than when it was new!
CAVEAT EMPTOR!! Let the buyer beware! Check your floor Matts!! There could be one lurking out there!!![sm=headbang.gif]

Good thing that happened in the driveway instead of the highway!
No issues with the stock matts so far, but have had crumply matt syndrome on the Exploder that has blocked my break pedal a few times (YIKES!)
My daughters decided (without prompting) to take their shoes off (japanese style) when they enter the "dojo"
Maybe that's the answer? A seperate set of clean "driving" shoes and no matts needed!
