People have no respect
I hear ya, everywhere I go I try to park out in the north 40, and always so only one other car can park next to me, on the end, next to an island etc, and I have the same experience, there is always someone else parked next to me, and it is usually some piece of c@$p. As far as the lot in the picture goes, I park there everyday, it is a pay lot and the person on my back bumper parks there everyday too, fortunately for me, she pays monthly, and my boss owns the lot , so if she had hit me I would have all of her information for my insurance co.
I of course already moved the car and checked the bumper very closely, and there is absolutely no damage, so if she did bump me there was no visible damage to the car.
If that's the way people park at your work I would recommend getting one of those bumpers they have for boats and hang it off the back end of your car!
Or a car cover with a menacing Pony on the rear saying "Not so close, B*TCH!"

Well my boss owns the lot, but the car does not belong to anyone in my building, the woman that owns that car pays monthly to park in his lot, she works up the street, so its not the people that I work with it is the common animals I have to share a parking lot with, soon enough there will be a space available for me in the parking garage under the building, and all that is parked in there are my boss, and other executives so it is all Mercedes, BMW, etc.
lol....this is only something that you can laugh at because she didnt hit you (note "she")
reminds me of this guy at my high school a few years ago who would purposely park a few inches beside other cars's driver doors, so other people couldnt get into their cars. he learned his lession when one day he came back to he car and saw a 2 inch dent in his door

Odds are she did bump you a bit and backed off if she parked that close.
