I should have headed to FL the other morning to get lottery tickets instead of going to work. I was traveling 55 in a 40 and noticed a cop coming up behind me. I did not brake but slowed the car down. By the time I get to the light the cop is right next to me. I have my windows down and the cop rolls down his window and says "the car sounds great man". He passes me and there is another cop right behind him. I don't get pulled over for speeding or loud exhaust. I have the catted x-pipe with slp loudmouths. Later I'm on the interstate running 80 in a 65 and notice another cop bhind me. He passes and keeps going. I slowed down. A few days later I am going to work and notice another cop in the next lane over. He is not in his town jurisdiction so he can't pull me over. Well I have the windows down and the cop tells me "Hey man the car sounds great" Not all cops are bad. They are just like us and love the mustang. BTW I have slowed down my driving style.

 

Hell.... some cops have hotter mustangs then we have!

I had a cop pull me over the other day. I had no idea what it was for. When he got to the window he said everything was fine he just wanted to know where I had gotten my sunroof installed and if I had any problems with it.

 

You know, I've heard stories like this before and I would love to know what makes police officers think it's OK to pull someone over to ask a stupid question like this. Do they think people having nothing better to do?
