RE: I need paint!!!
You can order paint from various places online, however after recent experiences, I wouldn't suggest it.
I painted a GT bumper to run dual exhaust on my V6 using paint I bought online about a year ago. When I had to have body work done about a month ago, the guy that did the body work wanted to slap me. The paint I ordered was a lacquer based paint, and evidently that's a no-no in today's painting world. At least that's what I was told (and I tend to trust professionals more than anything I read online).
He suggested that if I needed to do more work, to find a real paint shop and have them mix it up for me locally. They might even be able to match the color if any fading has occured.
So, if I were you, I'd hit the yellow pages, and find a local shop that sells good car paint. If you can't find something in the yellow pages, call a body shop and see if they will tell you where they get their paint from. Most body shops don't mix the paint themselves, they just match the color for fading.
Make sure you get good paint. Just because lacquer is cheaper and supposably easier to paint with does not mean it's better.
