What times do you come and go? If you live in a family type neighborhood, they may have a beef.

My daughter's boyfriend drives a riced out VW that wakes the earth. If I can hear it at 11 PM from 100 yards and it pisses me off, I know damn well my neighbors hate it.

Check the noise ordinances in your town, 6 AM might not get it, and they could take legal action if they wanted. But if I was your next door neighbor and you pissed me off, I would start my mower and park it under your window saturday morning at 6 AM just to see how you'd like it.

Where I used to live, stupid biker would start his no-muffler Harley behind my house at 6 AM every saturday morning and let it sit and idle for literally an hour before he would ride it away at 7.

Haha thanks for all the support guys, but i don't want to go and buy a new set of catbacks/mufflers and have it be just as loud lol I like my exhaust having that obnoxiosly loud sound but it needs to be toned down a bit lol. do you think borla would tone it down just enough?

I can drive it quiet its just at startup theres nothing i can do lol

One thing you should really think of is the crazy things that go through peoples minds when they are angry. You may wake up one morning to find some serious damage done to your car, because you decide to have an "obnoxiously" loud exhaust. If it were a track car and not your daily driver, I would tell the neighbors to mind their business, but if it were me that was waken up at 6am everyday, well we will just leave it to the imagination. Do yourself and everyone that lives around you a favor and quiet down the exhaust. I am not saying just completely give in, but work out some kind of compromise.
You don't always know that exact living conditions of people round you. Some could have young children in the house trying to sleep or someone could be working a night shift and trying to get some sleep before the next nights shift. Anyways, be cool, not a tool.

i vote for returning your exhaust system back to stock while
your living in that neighborhood. the only way you will be able to
justify the noise and maintain peace with your neighbors, is if it's stock.

i feel your pain... i feel guilty sometimes leaving my house after 11pm and
i still have the stock system..... hope it works out for you

Well we're moving within 9 months to a year to a more open area kind of secluded, well not really but we won't have to worry about the neighbors complaining

Looks like youre the attention ***** trying to look cool.

Sorry I like a car I can hear, alls I asked for was some input of quieter catbacks/axlebacks that don't lose too much of their grunt compared to SLP.
