Not trying to look cool. Some people have more money than brains I guess. You'll grow out of it there kiddo, if you live through it that is. [sm=signs003.gif]

WTF is that supposed to mean..... Mustangs are muscle cars... Therye supposed to be loud and fast, if you don't like it keep it stock if you want it's your choice.

99.9 % of us on here have some kind of exhaust mod not to mention plenty other performance mods. We don't do it for attention. We do it because we want to, and it's what the car wants [sm=lol.gif]

Install a turbo system. That will quiet down the car a bit...

YES THEY WILL....My buddy has SLP's and they are obnoxously (sp?) loud IMO... I have borla's (FRPP's) and they are noticably quiter. Not that much different but just enough to where it doesnt sound like a train rumbling down the street. I think mine sound better also, therye more tuned and have a nicer rumble. I know I'm biased but trust me you won't be dissapointed these are great and everyone loves the way they sound. There not the same, but I agree SLP's are just a touch outa control for my style.

As I said before man, I had the same SLP Loudmouths on my 05 and had the same complaints and now I have the Borlas. I love the sound. It is loud enough to make you happy and quiet enough to make them happy. If you want I can send you a clip of the Borlas on my car so you can hear what it sounds like. But IMO I do not think you would be dissapointed with the Borlas as all.

I have the catback system, and a catted X-pipe on mine, and even the catted X made the exhaust louder than the stock H. But obviously not loud enough to cause issues with the neighbors...lol
