Gum in my leather seats! Help Please.

RE: Gum in my leather seats! Help Please.
Just saw a thing in the paper yesterday. Someone ran a washing machine with chewing gum in it and ruined some shirt/blouses between it and the dryer.
The person waswriting to tell the columnistthat she recalledsomething about WD40 taking care of stains andsuch. Tried it and her shirt/blouses are nolonger ruined.
Personally,I don't use WD40 anymore unless I find a real need for it, saw something about how flammable it is, so I started lookingfor other lubricants.

This happened to me when I was 16 and took out my dad brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee w/o permission.
If you take a little lighter fluid, bingo gone. (stuff for zippo'a)
Be sure to clean condition after.

A little vegetable oil also works great.
But no matter what you use, just make sure to spray on some leathertreatment afterwards. And then use it every so often topreserve the leather.
