Default Ordering

just a short question... not sure if its ben posted before but couldnt find anything on it

anyway i have finaly decided to order 07 gt and was wondering how much u have to pay upfront if any before they submit the order. also does anyone know if this payment goes towards ur downpayment if u were to use ur banks financing instead of ford.
and im also currious as to how long an order usualy takes... i know some options may prolong the order but just a rough estimate would be good

thanks in advance for any input

It would depend on the dealership, but $500 or $1000 down is common.

It would be taken off of the final price when you pay for the vehicle.

Not sure how long orders are taking now.

I didn't have to put anything down when i ordered my 07 but i know my dealer pretty well. Most of the time your order will take around 6-8 weeks depending on your dealer's inventory. Mine took a little over 3 months when i ordered back in April.
