I could be wrong, but I don't think you take the old grille off, you just place that one over the existing honeycomb stock grille.......maybe do a search, I think there are instructions on here somewhere.

They have to be $hiting me I quote...
"These quality grills install in 10-15 minutes and no cutting or drilling is required!"

now look at the instruction's from the manufactures website.

Billet grills lay overtop of the black stock one you dont replace it. I wish they replaced it because I dont want the stock grill behind my billet, but I have looked and looked for a long time and found one that requires you to take off the stock one (but it moves the fogs to the center).. so unless that one is new then Im pretty sure it just lays over.

Right, but it still uses the stock grill to lay over top of correct? Minus the part about having to cut the pony mount off? Those directions looked like it layed over top of it like all others then you just put it back on with the billet secured to the black plastic.

The Cervini's you are supposed to take off the stock grill although Ford didn't for the GT-H.

I know you don't need it because you drill the Cervini's Grill into the body.

How about post a picture the the grille you bought. Most of these grilles just snap right on top of the stock grilles. I think we need to see it to believe it- "it" being that you have to drill and cut to get that grille in.
