Default Paint Problems - Help!

Okay, my GT is black and I just took off my window louvers and boy are there a lot of scratches. It took a decent amount of paint out and looks terrible on both sides. Also since I have a black car a lot of the scratches in my clear coat are visible when looked at up close any way to hide these? I've tried Meguiars Gold Class, Eagle One, Meguiars Scratch Remover, and a whole bunch of other things to fix these problems, but none of it seems to work.

Am I just doomed or what, especially with the scratches from the louvers?

So the Louvers came in contact with the paint? Weren't they seperated by the 3M tape? I have side scoops on my car and there is no panel to panel contact because of the tape in between. As far as my Window Louvers ... the type I have mount to the glass and not the body so don't have to worry about it .. Good Luck ...

Find a detailer that is experienced/confident with a "rotary buffer" and related compounds. Might need a bit of sanding with #2500 or #3000 first (if some scratches are deep) but they should pretty much all come out. You cannot do this, only a pro; forget trying anymore, don't fool with an orbital buffer now. ...you will just be taking more CC off and possibly giving the detailer less to work with. Won't be that expensive, time to let a pro take care of the issue.
