Default Anyone whos lowered and had there alignment. Need ya

Ok, I had my car lowered w/ FRPP K springs which claims 1.5". I asked powered by ford in Orlando where I bought the springs if I needed the camber bolts. He said no. But everybody on here is saying yes and I need stuff for the rear suspension also. I need to hear from everyone who has had theres aligned w/ out any thing other that what the car came with. How close to factory was it? Both front and rear. Now, the people who had added stuff like the camber bolts. What was your drop? And what is NEEDED for the rear to save tire life. Does the fact that the drivers side rear sits closer to the fender now than the it did before lowering wear the tires. Because it's only 1/4". Not really noticeable. I don't have the money right now to get what is not NEEDED to save tire life. Please let me know ASAP as my alignment is Tuesday. Thanks

I haven't lowered mine yet but the camber bolts are only $30 for the front and i plan on getting them. Not sure on the back but the alignment shop will give you a printout of the alignment specs.

I put on the Eibach Pro kit and got the Eibach camber bolts for proper alignment. I installed the springs and sent it over to the the alignment shop. They only had to use one of the bolts, but they said it was necessary for the alignment. But, if you've already had your's aligned and it was with in the proper parameters, i wouldn't worry about it. As for the alignment in the back, I had to buy a panhard bar to get it back to spec. My center to center was off a 1/2" and I was concerned with 10" rubber that the rears would rub. I suppose if you don't have issues with rubbing and it's only a 1/4, it all good.

I had the same springes put on mine. Had a regualr alignment, nothing else and they told me it was a 1/4 degree from perfect.

They said I needed nothing else done.

Your results may vary though.

I had the camber bolts installed with my Eibach Pro-Kit, they couldn't get it into alignment without it--it varies from car to car. I also had a rear panhard bar installed in the rear to even out the rear end. Some people have a problem (I did) with the rear end shifting to the right or the left about an inch.
