Default stereo replacement

I am goin to be buying a deck for my car tomorrow. I have the shaker 1000 and was wondering if there is a harness they make to plug into the factory harness that will work with the subs in the doors and trunk. Thanks.

Yes. Metra makes one that you can buy at any car audio shop. Crutchfield also sells one. I don't have the number handy but it has probably been posted 50 times. Hit the search button and you will find it. Might as well also go ahead and research the voltage regulator you will need to keep the amps from popping.

Here's the link to the Wiring harness Shaker 1000 wiring harness

You are going to need 2 Y-adapters though. two females to male and two males to female. This will give you mixed mono for the subs in your doors in your trunk, without those you will feel like your listening to your stereo underwater and trippin off opium.

I musta went to every stereo place in my local city here and no-one carried these in stock. So I am getting them to order one in. I installed lots of stereos before so this should be a breeze, I hope. With the extra wires from the subs, where do the tie into. I mean the power wire for the subs, or is there one? Is it simple tie the wires together and install or is there more to it, thanks! Oh, and what deck would you guys recommend? Price really isn't a issue.

I just pulled my deck out and noticed there are 3 plugs in the back, and only 2 plugs on the harness. What is that extra plug in the back of the deck for? There are only 2 wires goin to it? Oh, and I also noticed when I pulled my console apart that there is a plug just laying underneath the cupholders not plugged into anything. What could this be for as well?
