I have the Baer 14" rotor upgrade on order. I already recieved the rears and am awaiting the fronts. I also have steel braided lines and Hawk pads. I am hoping that with the new lines, better pads and I will get the results I am looking for on the stock calipers. I don't know how well its going to work out but its a helluva lot cheaper than replacing the whole thing. I am with you they are way too expensive. Each upgrade kit is 500 bucks so 1000 for front and rear plus 200 for lines and 150 for the pads.
I just hope they give me the performance I am looking for. Otherwise I will try and buy calipers seperately at a later date.

Will give updates when I do it though.

Yeah they come with a caliper relocation kit. It will save a bundle if it works.
Brothers performance has them listed as well as stangmods
I think just about any Baer dealer will get them for you.

Thanks I appreciate all of you guys' thoughts. I will try and be a little more active on this thing. I used to ask a lot of questions on here but never posted any of my mods because I was never the first to do them. But I figured who know's just because I wasn't first doesn't mean that I won't be able to offer anything helpful to folks.
